If our website does not provide the help you need, please don’t hesitate to contact Tribiq directly for Tribiq CMS support.
We may be able to provide quick answers to quick questions at no cost, but most support will be charged on an hourly basis, which we will happily quote at the beginning of the call.
Of course, you can always take out Maintenance or Support Contracts with Tribal which entitles your organisation's employees to telephone, Skype and email us, and we will
endeavour to provide responses within 24-hours (but normally within the hour!)
Your organisation may already have a Maintenance or Support contract with us, so please remember to state your name, your organisation name and your position when you
contact us with a support query.
